One system, four parts
Most business software we build has the same four parts: an API that holds the rules and the data, a back office for your team, a portal for customers or partners, and often a mobile app for people in the field. Designing them together saves you from the classic problem where the app needs data the API never exposes. In Smart DigiBuild this structure lets a facility manager, a cleaning supervisor and a visitor see the same building through three different screens.
Multi-tenancy from the start
If you plan to sell your software to more than one customer, multi-tenancy must be in the data model on day one. We separate tenant data, configuration and branding cleanly, so onboarding a new customer is a setting, not a project.
Modernising instead of rewriting
A full rewrite is the riskiest project in software. We prefer a strangler approach: put a modern API in front of the old system, move one module at a time, keep the business running. For the smart washroom platform we split a legacy Angular application into a separate API, back office, portal and mobile app while the system stayed live.
You own the code
Code lives in your Git repository from the first commit. We document architecture decisions, write automated tests for the critical paths and set up CI/CD, so any competent team can continue, including your own.
