Our story
Vduce started with a simple observation: companies in Germany need more software than local teams can build, and the alternatives often disappoint. Large offshore vendors rotate junior developers through projects; freelancers disappear when you need them most.
We built Vduce the other way round. Project management, contracts and accountability sit in Hockenheim, between Mannheim and Heidelberg. Engineering happens in our delivery centre in Surat, India, with a team of senior developers, designers and QA engineers who have worked together for years. Clients get German reliability and Indian engineering depth in one company.
Over more than ten years we have built web platforms, mobile apps, IoT systems and AI features for clients in Germany, the UK, India and the US. Today our work ranges from a smart washroom platform at an international airport to the WorryTree mental-wellbeing app, and Smart DigiBuild, the smart building platform we develop for Four Corners Technology (4CT).

Vijay founded Vduce to give companies in Germany and Europe access to excellent engineering without giving up a local, accountable partner. He has led projects from smart-building platforms at airports to consumer health apps in the UK.

Vduce starts as an LLP
Registered in India as a limited liability partnership: web and mobile app development for international clients from Surat.
2021
Private limited company in India
The Indian company, previously an LLP, is registered as a private limited company. It remains our delivery centre in Surat.
2025
German company founded
Vduce Technology UG (haftungsbeschränkt) is registered at the Local Court of Mannheim (HRB 754983). German clients now contract with a German company, with project management in Hockenheim and delivery in Surat.
2026
Germany + India, one team
Smart DigiBuild v2, new vduce.com and a growing client base in the Rhine-Neckar region.
