Until then, projects are governed by the terms agreed in the respective quote and contract. Principles of how we work together:
- Our services are aimed exclusively at businesses (B2B), not consumers.
- Scope, prices and deadlines are defined in the written quote.
- Usage rights to custom source code transfer to the client on full payment unless agreed otherwise.
- On request we sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) and a data processing agreement (DPA) before the project starts.
- German law applies. Place of jurisdiction, where permitted, is Mannheim [CONFIRM].
