Who owns Smart DigiBuild
Smart DigiBuild is a product of Four Corners Technology Pvt. Ltd. (4CT). Vduce Technology is 4CT's software development partner: we design, build and run the platform's software, from architecture and API to the web apps and the mobile app.
Built from real projects
SDB was not designed on a whiteboard. It grew out of systems we developed for 4CT: a smart washroom platform for an international airport, an ALPR parking system and a workspace management system. Each module reuses the same core, so improvements in one place benefit every customer.
What we did
- Architecture: documented layers for data, services, API contracts, security and runtime, each approved before implementation.
- Development: the TypeScript API, two Next.js web applications (back office and customer portal) and one Flutter app for staff on site.
- AI and IoT: plate recognition with YOLOv8 for the parking module, sensor and edge integration for washrooms.
- Cloud and operations: AWS infrastructure as code, separate environments, monitoring and releases.
