What changes with connected buildings
When a building reports its own state, operations move from routine to response. Cleaning follows footfall. Maintenance follows sensor alerts. Visitors pre-register and get a QR code. Car parks recognise authorised vehicles. And at the end of the month you send your client a report backed by data, not by signatures on a paper list.
We have built exactly this for a large airport: a smart washroom management system, developed for Four Corners Technology (4CT). The same platform, 4CT's Smart DigiBuild, powers visitor, parking and workspace modules.
